1917 American IPA
Named from the year the Pan Motor Company was founded. This beer is made with light malts and American hops, the light malts let the generous amount of American hops shine through so you can taste the juicy, fruity hops. Near the end of fermentation a heaping helping of more American hops is added for dry hopping giving the beer the classic aroma that is associated with American IPAs. If you’re an IPA lover, you’re sure to love this brew.

CLASSIC CREAM ALE
This beer is as approachable as it is tasty. A style of beer originating from the late 19th to early 20th centuries, the workers at the Pan Motor Company likely enjoyed many Cream Ales. Made with Pale malts, 20% Corn, fermented with ale yeast and cold conditioned. This beer offers a slightly sweet taste from the corn, yet a nice crisp finish from the cold conditioning. The Classic Cream Ale is the perfect beer for a weekend at the cabin, or a day at the quarry. A perfect gateway beer for those new to craft beers.

Wild Thing New England style IPA
Forget about the curve ball, give him the heater! This NE style IPA is making it's Major League debut (sleeves and hats optional). A hazy IPA combines Mosaic and Denali hops for a tropical feel with a pineapple nose and flavor.

Drop Forge Milk Stout
When the Pan Motor Company opened in 1917, it was home to the largest drop forge west of Chicago. This beer is made with British malts and various roasted and chocolate malts. These roasted and chocolate malts give this beer a glorious chocolate taste with a hint of caramel. The addition of lactose (milk sugar) which is not fermentable by brewer’s yeast gives this brew the classic sweet taste that milk stouts are known for.

Seasonal and rotating beers
Little known fact, Nick Flies is a HUGE disc golfer. He recently went on a disc golf vacation to Tibet. While he was there he was asked to caddy for the The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald… striking. So, they're on the first tee. Nick hands him the driver. He hauls off and sails one – big thrower, the Lama – long, into a ten-thousand foot crevasse, right at the base of this glacier. Do you know what the Lama says? Gunga galunga… gunga, gunga lagunga. So they finish the eighteenth and he’s gonna stiff Nick. (Nick does NOT work for free... let me tell you...) And he says, “Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.” And the Lama says, “Oh, uh, there won’t be any money, but here, take these Sabro hops and brew a great beer." Because of that, we have "Total Consciousness.” So you got that goin’ for you... which is nice.
Bluemound Road Mulberry
Growing up, our co-founder Marty Czech had a mulberry tree in his backyard. He and his siblings would eat them by the handful off the giant tree. After discovering sour beers he has dreamed of combining the two flavors so he scoured fruit suppliers all over the country trying to find mulberries, never thinking they would be rare and hard to find. He only had to look outside his childhood home to find them after all! Finally after almost a year of looking he found a supplier. This beer is named after the road that Marty grew up on in Southeastern Wisconsin. Stop on in and get some of this sweet and sour goodness!
Sirius Pale Ale
Throughout all of human history we have looked to the stars with a sense of wonderment and awe. As we gaze up into the night sky there is always one star that shines brighter than the rest. Sirius, also known as the “Dog Star”, has been associated with the “Dog Days” of summer. This Pale Ale shines brighter than the rest with its crisp taste and refreshing finish. Kick back and enjoy this brew made with Amarillo and Ekuanot hops while gazing at the stars this summer.
